Internationally recognised and experienced, Jon has a passion for defining optimal pricing strategies that achieve, on average, a 20% revenue uplift for companies he works with. Jon primarily develops value-based pricing and monetisation strategies for companies that recognise that it’s not what he knows about pricing in any one industry that counts: it’s what he knows about pricing in so many industries that helps make Jon’s work with them profitable. Jon outlined his strategic framework for defining a pricing model; emphasising value before cost, and customers before shareholders.
