Brian LaDuca

Brian LaDuca is Executive Director of IACT at the University of Dayton. He is a Research Project Partner in the Edalex Innovation Sprint, and is responsible for planning, implementation and analysis of results in line with the overall project objective.

Brian LaDuca, a 2017 Dayton Forty Under 40 award winner, is the founding Executive Director of the Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation (IACT) at the University of Dayton. His mission is focused on positioning creativity as an in-demand skill through the exploration of key teaching competencies associated in enhancing students’ creativity in the college classroom. As faculty Executive Director he directs the nation’s only undergraduate certificate in applied creativity in the nation and is overseeing the new development of applied creative micro-credentials and badges for all University of Dayton students.
