Kadi’s current role is to lead the development and articulation of Navitas’ public policy and advocacy positions. She develops and communicates policy, sector and data insights to support the business, and develops collaborations and partnerships with key external stakeholders that align with and further Navitas’ interests.

Kadi joined Navitas in 2016 having previously spent a decade and half in the Commonwealth public service – across the agriculture, education, foreign affairs and trade portfolios.

In February 2022 Kadi will take up the newly established role of Head, Government Relations at SEEK.

Kadi holds a Master of Strategic Studies with Merit (Australian National University), Bachelor of Communication (University of Canberra) and Diploma of Government.

Kadi lives in Canberra with her husband and two children.
