She founded Arc Capital Development to support early-stage EdTech leaders to establish product-market-fit in the US and continues to draw on her expertise as a mentor via the LearnLaunch Accelerator and UPenn’s graduate school of education.
As a woman who has built a career at the top of the education and EdTech sales sector in the US, Rita’s continued endeavour to support and expand the sector underscores her commitment to fostering emerging talent in the EdTech landscape.
