Do you have a great case study?

How did your EdTech solution help a customer through a problem?

Let’s promote it through a case study.

Case Studies are a great way to highlight your EdTech solution’s impact on teaching and learning. We’ll promote it via our Case Study Library, newsletter and social media. We may also ask you to present it at an upcoming event.

Check out these examples from Cahoot Learning and Cenote.

How to structure your case study

Your case study should aim to hit 4 key areas:

Scope – The project overview, what the education provider wanted to achieve or the reason for engaging the EdTech provider

Challenge – The challenge(s) being addressed or that needed to be considered or that came up along the way.

Solution and Implementation – A description of the EdTech solution and how it was implemented. Include details on the size of the cohort, what training of staff was involved, what support was required and the timeframe it took to be up and running.

Outcome – Details on how the education setting used the technology, how the technology was received by the education setting and the benefits that were achieved (i.e. specific efficiency gains or increased learning outcomes). Quotes are always great in this section.
