Sandra Milligan is an experienced researcher, educator, company director, and publisher with a distinguished career in the education sector. She currently serves as Executive Director and Enterprise Professor at Melbourne Metrics, within the University of Melbourne, where her research focuses on assessment, measurement, recognition, and learning certification in digital learning environments. Sandra has held senior executive roles across multinational corporations, government, education, and not-for-profit organisations. She has successfully taken three of her own companies to market and is a co-founder of the Australian Good Universities Guide, which was later acquired by a UK-based publishing company.
