Cherie Diaz is Executive Director of Education Innovation at Western Sydney University, where she leads a portfolio of initiatives focused on emerging workforce upskilling needs, co-created in partnership with industry. Previously Managing Director at OpenLearning, Cherie is now at the forefront of technology-enabled learning, pioneering programs through the university’s EdTech Innovation Hub, AI pilots, and as a Principal Partner in EduGrowth’s EdTech Innovation Network. She also serves as an Advisor to the Board of the Future Skills Organisation and is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee for Aruma Services Limited.
