With over 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, partner and customer acquisition, Catherine has successfully led teams across SaaS, consumer products, and digital marketplaces. Her passion for understanding and meeting customer needs is a consistent thread in her career, driving impactful customer experiences and sustainable commercial outcomes.

In her current role as Chief Customer Officer at Open Universities Australia, Catherine is a key figure in the senior leadership team, guiding digital transformation initiatives, expanding university partnerships, and advancing access to diverse educational opportunities for lifelong learners
