While studying a Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering at the University of New South Wales, Evan invented a way to deliver on-demand HD video to schools over IP networks using MPEG-4 compression standard. The underlying invention was “predictive file transfer” and led to his co-founding of ClickView in 2003. Evan won the 2015 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Emerging category, Eastern Region).
