Industry Roundtable: The Role of EdTech in the International Education Space

Australian EdTech companies are born global due to our multicultural society with 30% of our population born overseas and 2.1m people speaking an Asian language at home. This provides a unique environment to test, iterate and optimise our services within our own country and abroad.

International and transnational education are both vital parts of Australian society. Not only does it bring many economic, cultural and social benefits, it also creates links and life‑long connections with communities and partners across the world.

Opportunities for Australian EdTech companies to support global education outcomes are growing and emerging rapidly. This roundtable will discuss international education in 2023 and where it's future may lead, governments role in international education with group discussions on the opportunities for EdTech companies in international education and how government can help support EdTech companies.
