Igniting the Entrepreneurial Spark in Every Student
Ripyl was born out of a bold idea: What if we didn’t wait until adulthood to nurture entrepreneurial thinking? Inspired by childhood memories like lemonade stands and a powerful question “Why only 100 entrepreneurs to change a country?” Riply set out to make entrepreneurship accessible to every student before they leave school. Their mission: to help young people build confidence, think like entrepreneurs, and believe they can create real-world impact.
From Pilot to Powerhouse
What began as a small pilot with 750 students in primary and middle school has grown into a national success story. Despite early challenges including the pandemic Ripyl reemerged stronger, pivoting its focus to secondary education. Today, more than 5,000 students have completed a Ripyl program.
The Problem: Business Teachers Left Behind
While STEM and STEAM subjects benefit from strong support, business and commerce teachers are often under-resourced and underprepared. Many educators teaching entrepreneurship or financial literacy receive minimal training, few tools, and little structured support.
“They’re expected to teach entrepreneurship, finance, leadership, and marketing often without prior experience, and with almost no time or resources.”
Ripyl identified this critical gap in the system: business educators lacked the backing they needed to deliver meaningful, engaging content to their students.
The Solution: Built By Teachers, For Teachers
Ripyl is not just a content provider it’s a full-service educational platform created by teachers who understand the classroom. It offers curriculum-aligned, ready-to-use business education modules that save educators time and engage students in real-world learning.
Educators gain access to:
- Plug-and-play content aligned with Australian, New Zealand, and global standards.
- Professionally designed lesson materials, case studies, and interactive projects.
- Comprehensive teacher guides, assessment tools, and student activities.
Ripyl makes business education as engaging and supported as any STEM subject.
“That’s why we built Ripyl for teachers, by teachers.”
The Superpower: A Global Community of Educators
Beyond content, Ripyl offers something even more powerful: a global network of over 300 business educators across 11 countries. This vibrant, secure, teacher-only space fosters collaboration, resource sharing, and professional growth from Sydney to Auckland, New York to Dublin.
“It’s like a smarter, safer global Facebook group but just for business teachers.”
This community ensures that Ripyl is not just a tool, but a movement raising the standard of business education globally.
