David Linke | Managing Director, EduGrowth
The resilience and innovation within the Australian EdTech ecosystem have been on full display over the past 12 months as we’ve tackled economic challenges together. I deeply appreciate the support of all our members and eagerly anticipate an exciting 2025.
EduGrowth exists because of your unwavering commitment and we sincerely thank you for sharing our vision: creating a strong Australian EdTech voice that advocates for you and advances the sector.
Leading EduGrowth continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Each day, I have the privilege of engaging with members, EdTech leaders, education professionals, government officials, and international partners to drive meaningful actions that support the growth of Australia’s EdTech ecosystem.
2024 New Initiatives
In the 2024 Financial Year, EduGrowth invested in new programmes to advance the sector, including:
- The EdTech Innovation Network
In collaboration with Western Sydney University, this initiative fosters connections and collaboration among members. In 2025, we will expand this programme to include delivering Proof of Concepts and Pilot Programmes. - The EdTech Policy Dialogue
Establishing a unified voice for digital transformation in Australia’s £144B education sector. In 2025, this programme will expand with an EdTech showcase in Parliament House following the federal election. - The AmplifyED Initiative
A strategic partnership with Study NSW to strengthen the NSW EdTech sector. Programmes included the Women’s Education Leaders Syndicate, Export Masterclasses, and EdTech Alley.
A key focus this year was building connection and collaboration within our community. We delivered on this through initiatives like the EdTech Innovation Network Community of Action, as well as the CEO and Women’s Education Leaders Syndicates.
We also successfully launched the EdTech Policy Dialogue with the support of 11 partners, advancing the digital transformation of education and establishing a unified voice advocating for Australian EdTech at the federal level.
