How do you build an effective tech stack that sets you up for successful business operations? This session will provide insight into building an effective operations model that allows for scale. It will also cover some practical legal, financial and compliance tips that are often overlooked by lean startups.

Perfect your Tech | 28 June 2022

How do you obtain technical architecture advice as a lean startup? Getting your tech stack ‘right’ in the early stages is important in the long run. This session will help you with design, understanding server needs, and thinking globally in order to scale your business from the outset.

Business Model Sales Advantage | 12 July 2022

Make sure you have the right business model to attract the right customers. This session will provide an overview of various sales models, highlighting benefits and best use examples – direct v indirect, B2B v B2C v B2B2C, lighthouse approach. It will also cover typical purchasing models used in education and legal frameworks for creating sales contracts.

Communicating EdTech Efficacy – Marketing in Education | 20 September 2022

It’s important to understand who your target audience is, and how to speak to them so they listen. This session will help you identify your primary customers, and to develop an effective marketing strategy to communicate with them. The session will also cover EdTech efficacy as a marketing tool and how education customers evaluate and consider EdTech solutions.

Investor Relations | 4 October 2022

Ready to approach an investor? This session will provide an overview of key investment trends and common investment term sheets in education. It will help you refine your pitch and provide practical tips for preparing your business for investment. In addition, gain specific feedback on your business from an experienced investor. 

Partnerships for Growth | 18 October 2022

Collaboration in the EdTech ecosystem is the key to growth. This session will provide examples of successful partnerships that have reshaped the EdTech landscape. Learn how partnerships with customers, EdTech collaborators and distributors are enabling opportunities for significant growth and scale.
