This program is made possible through grant funding from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, under the Australia-Vietnam Enhanced Economic Engagement Grant Program 2021. It aims to connect the Australian and Vietnamese EdTech ecosystems to collaborate and share their key learnings from their respective markets.
Growth happens through collaboration. EduGrowth, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is launching a cross-cultural exchange between Vietnam and Australia. This program will include a cohort of Vietnamese and Australian EdTech entrepreneurs, who are seeking to perfect their entry strategy into each other’s markets.
As of 29 October 2021, this exchange is now closed to EOIs.
E-learning was first formally introduced into Vietnamese education in 2007. The EdTech market is expected to continue growing along with consumers’ strong interest in Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence and Gamification.
There are regulatory and cultural nuances to every education system. And different education segments and countries have varying needs in the digital solutions that can complement their curriculums. Through facilitating conversations and practical workshops for participants, this tailored Exchange program aims to equip entrepreneurs with the know-how to launch their solution internationally.

Program Overview
This program includes a series of private events for selected participants, and one public summit for anyone to attend.
Participants will attend workshops on understanding Vietnamese and Australian EdTech trends, evaluating EdTech efficacy led by a researcher, and a CEO summit for established managing directors to connect and share their insights.
