Ryan O’Hare
CEO Australia & Asia-Pacific, Keypath Education

Ryan has over 15 years experience in higher education across the UK, USA and Australia. He leads Australia’s largest online program management business focused on the postgraduate sector. Keypath partner with many of Australia’s leading public Universities to significantly scale their online offering through a combination of capital investment and best-in-class online education services specialising in the areas of learning design, market intelligence, digital marketing, and student lifecycle services.

Pauline Farrell
Executive Director Education, Go TAFE

Pauline is a specialist in learning transformation and learning innovation. She has twenty years experience leading opportunities that transform the student and teacher experience. Her current major research interests focus on the future of work and how education can evolve to meet the emerging needs of the workforce. She works globally across the education technology and disruptive technologies sector.

Warwick Freeland
Chief Strategy Officer, IDP Education Pty Ltd

Warwick is an expert in strategy, acquisitions, information services, project management and IELTS. He has enjoyed a successful career in innovation winning a German Government Innovation Award and launching global products as VP Global Product Marketing and Innovation for Carl Zeiss Vision Germany. He has founded multiple start-ups in the areas of electronics, speech technology and machinery and holds over 20 patents.

Georgina McCann
Director International Education, Global Victoria – Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions

Georgina has over 15 years’ experience in education sector policy development, in the administrative and political arms of government. Her experience includes the development of domestic education policy across the early childhood, schools, VET and higher education sectors, and now focuses on the Victorian international education sector.

Angelo Nardozza
Executive Director of Student Operations Australia, Keypath Education

Angelo has over 15 years experience in key senior leadership roles from a variety of industries. He has a passion for creating environments that empower people to shape, influence and engage in strategic thinking and innovation at all levels. Having previously led teams in a sales environment, he is focussed on understanding what works best for customers to ultimately improve the customer experience above and beyond their expectations.

EduGrowth’s annual LaunchPad Business Start business plan competition is designed to drive innovation within the education technology and innovation sector. It’s a simple business plan competition targeted to early stage startups and education entrepreneurs. We want to draw out new ideas for the education sector and give them some support to grow. 

The winner will receive a cash prizes of $5,000 AND automatically qualify for the Semi-Finals of the GSE Milken-Penn Business Plan competition in 2020. The GSE Milken-Penn Business plan competition is considered the most prestigious and well-funded education business plan competition in the world, held at The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education (PA USA) the competition attracts over 1,500 submissions from over 47 countries each year.
