EduGrowth in partnership with Austrade again invites Australian EdTech companies considering the USA market to join us from 1 April through 10 April for a deep dive into the US EdTech market.
The trade mission is split into two broad components – EdTech Startup Sector experience and then attending the ASU+GSV conference.
During the first week, 1-5 April, we will move through New York, Washington and San Francisco. Our focus will be meeting the established education players in the USA, connecting to government departments providing an insight on the US Education sector and meeting the key players in the EdTech startup sector.
The second week, 8-10 April, sees us head to ASU+GSV in San Diego. It’s hard to explain ASU+GSV if you have never attended, but think about 5-6K of the world’s leading thinkers on the connection between education, investment and commerce. This is much more than a conference, it is billed as a summit and that might not be enough. Maximising attendance at ASU+GSV takes a lot of preparation which EduGrowth and our partners will help you with a strategic agenda.
The ultimate goal is to gain a strong orientation of the US market, hear from experts on entering and expanding in the market, those who have done it, and explore market opportunities. You will take away action points on entering the US education market, setting up partnerships or accessing the US EdTech capital markets.
