Thank you to Study NSW and Sydney EduTech Group for co-hosting our recent industry event at NSW Parliament House.  Startups networked with representatives from NSW Department of Education, museums, universities and independent schools. Congratulations to the 10 startups on stage:

Smart Sparrow – David Rowe (Commercial Director and COO) Smart Sparrow is an adaptive eLearning software platform that lets educators create rich, interactive and adaptive learning experiences.

Chatty Kids – Ken Taggart (Founder and CEO) Chatty Kids is an educational platform that helps children learn to read and speak English.

Code Camp – Benjamin Levi (Co-founder) Code Camp teach kids to code from drag & drop right through to JavaScript at summer camps and after school programs

Grok Learning – Nicky Ringland and James Curran (Co-founders) Grok Learning teach students coding using resources, which range from drag and drop Monster Maker Course pitched at primary school students, to Advanced coding competitions, Introduction to HTML/CSS, Image Manipulation, and Embedded Programming resources

Lime Rocket – Laura Loonstein and Alyssa Wynants (Community Manager) Lime Rocket enables bigscreen games at events & venues playable using your own SmartPhone.

Me3D – Matthew Connelly (CEO) Me3D is Australia’s premier provider of 3D printing to education and hobbyists. We supply award winning, Australian made 3D printers and education.

Class Cover – Ben Grozier (Education Director) ClassCover eliminates the headache and books most preferred teachers for schools in seconds.

Elanation – Katherine Maree Pace (CEO, pictured above) Elanation is a lifestyle technology company focusing on the health and wellbeing of kids and their families. Elanation makes physical digital play fun.

Learn Cube – Alex Asher (Head of Customer Success) Learn Cube provides Easy to use virtual classroom software for growing online language schools. With simple to schedule online classes, manage teachers, and create online courses.

Inkerz – Vahid Kolahdouzan (Co-Founder and COO) Inkerz allows Live Collaboration Using Notepaper and Pens. For teachers and students who need to write or draw on paper, Inkerz is the bridge between a notepad and the computer screen.
